Nibha Godbole

Nibha began her journey with Leading Advice as a Client Service Officer and, through her
dedication and expertise, has grown into the role of Practice Manager over the past three
plus years. She brings with her two years of prior experience in stockbroking, along with
strong academic credentials holding a Master’s in Banking and Finance specialization in
FinTech from Macquarie University and a Bachelor of Commerce.
In her role, Nibha oversees the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring everything
runs seamlessly and efficiently. She is passionate about building streamlined processes,
supporting advisers, and fostering a culture of collaboration so that both the team and clients
can thrive.
When she’s not at work, Nibha enjoys experimenting with pottery, exploring Sydney’s best
restaurants, relaxing with friends at cafes or on scenic coastal walks, and cheering on a
good cricket match.
